Installation steps:
- If necessary, jack up the car and find the extension plug to be replaced.
- Loosen the old oxygen sensor gasket and fix it on the new 90 degree sensor gasket with bolts.
- First fix the new sensor gasket to the pipe by hand. Tighten with a wrench.
- Symptoms of P0420/P0042 code fault:
Use the OBD - II scanner to retrieve the fault codes stored by the powertrain control module (PCM).
