- After local anesthesia, the operator manually grasps the scrotum neck of livestock (eg cattle, sheep, etc.) and squeezes his or her testicles to the bottom of the scrotum. The spermatic cord is clamped on the inner side of the spermatic cord to prevent it..
- Open the pliers mouth of the bloodless castration pliers and place it on the 3~5cm position above the fixed point of the pliers. The assistant slowly closes the pliers handle. The clamp point should be at least 1cm above the testis.
- After confirming that the spermatic cord has been clamped by the jaws, forcefully close the pliers handle to hear a crisp click, indicating that the spermatic cord has been broken. After the pliers handle is closed, it should stay for at least 1 minute, and then release the pliers mouth to ensure that the spermatic cord has been broken, loosen the pliers, and then clamp on the spermatic cord 1.5~2.0 cm below it for the second time to ensure the surgical effect.
