3 Positions Switch:
- ON: Allow you to operate with normal fill-ups
- OFF: Completely shuts off gas flow when you are done riding
- RESERVE: Allow you to access the lower portion of the gas tank when gas level is low
Installation:
- 1. Fuel Petcock Valve replacement on Gas Generator
- 2. Prepare to drain fuel by raising the aft end
- 3. Position catch bowl for draining fuel
- 4. Squeeze compression clip and slide off fuel line
- 5. Remove fuel line and insert into drain tube
- 6. Turn petcock to drain fuel
- 7. Clean fuel of any debris or water accumulation
- 8. Pour into fuel-safe container
- 9. Loosen petcock mounting nut
- 10. Remove petcock and filter
- 11. Debris should be cleaned during annual service
- 12. Insert filter and position petcock, take care to avoid crossing threads
- 13. Tighten nut gently
- 14. Re-attach fuel supply line
