Product method
1. Clean and dry the eyelashes, comb them neatly to ensure they do not cross or overlap;
2. Place the eyelash pad at the base of the eyelashes;
3. After fixing with an affinity agent, use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of perm, gently wipe the base of the eyelashes and leave for 15-20 minutes;
